We are in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Golden Rule, Optum, Oxford, United Healthcare, United Medical Resources (UMR), Medicare, and Medicaid. Contact us for more information if you don't see your insurance listed. Many health insurance plans cover nutrition visits, often with little or no out-of-pocket cost to you, though every plan is unique. You can verify your benefits by calling your insurance's member services number, located on the back of your insurance card.

We accept self-pay for services not covered by insurance.  We accept major credit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Zelle.

We also offer discounted rate for those who need it. 

Yes! I offer virtual consultations to accommodate your needs. Virtual appointments are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, and are convenient and easy to use. You will receive a link in your confirmation email.  You will  receive the same personalized care and attention as you would during an in-person visit.

I currently have Friday slots available between 9 AM and 3 PM EST and few slots in the evenings. If those hours do not work for you, please email me with your availability and I will try to accommodate your needs.
