Welcome to Women's Wellness Program for UVA students!
This program includes three 1.5-hour small group sessions designed to kick-start healthy habits. After completing the program, you’ll also have the option to join a monthly support group for continued motivation and accountability.
The program is led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
Session Schedule:
Week 1 – quick & easy cooking tips, presentation on healthy eating, and Body Combat. A portion control plate will be provided.
Week 2 – quick & easy cooking tips, presentation on healthy snacking, and Body Combat.
Week 3 – Meal prepping, presentation on healthy drinks, and Body Combat. Meal prep containers will be provided.
